 Release Your Fear

In the 1980’s I encountered a remarkable teacher named Gladys Moore.  I learned that the basis of all the negative thoughts and emotions were the result of psychological fears and that it was possible to release those fears through a simple mental process.  What I learned from Gladys dramatically changed my life.

For the last few years, I have offered workshops in which I teach participants this simple method for releasing the fears that block their abilities to use their minds fully.  The workshops include the following:

    • My workshops are usually in the Asheville, NC area, but I don’t have one scheduled right now. I always post them on the website under “workshops” but I can also email the information to you.

    • Hi Stephanie,
      I don’t know where you live, but I will be teaching a workshop on How to release your fear on September 18 at Jubilee Community In Asheville, NC. It will be from 2-4 pm and cost $10-$15. I’ll announce it along with contact information on my blog within the next month. Without knowing your specific issues and since I’m not a therapist and cannot counsel in that sense, I can only point what has been valuable to me. The most valuable thing I do is meditate every day to calm my mind and get in touch with my inner being. I also try to think positively and find something to feel good about every day, even if it’s only the song of birds in the morning. What you think determines how you feel, so learning to control your thoughts is very important. I can recommend some books: The Essential Ernest Holmes (science of mind thinking – mind controlling the emotions), The Vortex by Esther and Jerry Hicks (relationships), and Oneness by Rasha (spirituality) . The New Earth by Ekhart Tolle is good too. Notice the links I have to these on the side bar. I’ve learned a lot of all of these. Check out spiritual communities and churches in your area for workshops. Good Luck! I hope you find what you need.
